It is a very funny and adrenaline-pumping activity if practiced in contexts of medium-low difficulty.<\/p>\n<p>You are always accompanied in safety by a specialized canyoning guide.<\/p>\n<p><b>River trekking<\/b> is a simpler and more enjoyable canyoning without \u201cperformance anxiety\u00bb and there is no need to use ropes and harnesses.<\/p>\n<p><b>River walking<\/b> consists in walking down
